Third repeat of the same resolution. The bot still branches from main (d8f6d4f, 2026-07-27), now 58 commits behind next and predating our .fernignore, so Fern again saw no protected paths. - Generated output: took the new generation. - Hand-written (.fernignore, .gitignore, README.md, custom.rs, ci.yml): kept ours. ci.yml had again picked up actions-rust-lang/setup-rust-toolchain. - Cargo.toml, dist-workspace.toml, release.yml: took the new generation. These are generator-owned and were never hand-edited here, so our side carried no authority. Cargo.toml gains correct elevenlabs/cli branding; dist-workspace.toml gains rustls (which the existing musl comment calls for) and Homebrew publishing to elevenlabs/homebrew-tap, and drops the aarch64-unknown-linux-musl target. - assets/Cover.png: restored by hand, deleted without a conflict for the third regeneration running. - Cargo.lock: the regeneration again reverted webbrowser to 1.2.1, reintroducing RUSTSEC-2026-0257.
