Option to enable/disable w3c,
setTimeout to match https://www.w3.org/TR/webdriver/#timeouts

I see someone has encountered the same problem as me 😄 I have set up this PR https://github.com/electron-userland/spectron/pull/749/files quite some time ago which contains similar change but had not heard from authors ever since. I hope you will have better luck merging this one.

Forgot I even had this up... Using own spectorn fork for 3rd party integrations (jasmine framework/winappdriver), at this stage spectron is 'Deprecated' so I guess it doesn't matter too much 😆
