Summary
Adds a Validated configuration table to the prerequisites: Ubuntu 24.04.5 LTS on aarch64 with GH200, NVIDIA driver 595.58.03, Docker Engine 27.0.3, NVIDIA Container Toolkit 1.20.1. These are tested versions, not minimums. Replaces the unverified minimum versions on the current NIM docs site.
