update description of pytest patch in Python-bundle-PyPI-2024.06 to make it more discoverable

This just adds a comment on how the error looks:

/Python-bundle-PyPI/2024.06-GCCcore-13.3.0/lib/python3.12/site-packages/_pytest/unittest.py", line 319, in runtest
assert testcase is not None

So one can find this patch when encountering it. See #22824 (comment) and similar in one of my own builds of something else where I only happened to remember this patch by chance.
