source-build-reference-packages repo was renamed to source-build-assets. To enable VMR/source-build scenarios this reference needs to be updated. This also updates the version as the new repo produced a new package.

Pull request overview

Updates the repo reference used for source-build intermediate assets after the source-build-reference-packages repository was renamed to source-build-assets, ensuring VMR/source-build dependency tracking continues to work.

Changes:

  • Add XML declaration header to eng/Version.Details.xml.
  • Update the source-build intermediate dependency from source-build-reference-packages to source-build-assets, including new repo URL, SHA, and package version.
