I guess this is a copy of the Canton openapi.yaml file. Don't we want to get it automatically, from the Canton target?

Yeah, that's why this is marked as draft - I have a few commits that are getting it via Canton now, but haven't pushed them up as I'm fighting an unrelated test failure
