Something is buggy with the serial adapter, its better to use libusb when on a proper host. Fixes: cujomalainey#10

I haven't looked at it, but I'm always happy to incorporate and cleanup code, I haven't gotten as much time to work on this project this year as I had hoped but any contributions are helpful. I can do a full review this weekend. |
