Say how a lead waits in the guide's child agents bullet - #698

The child agents bullet in docs/guide.md said child agents wake the lead when they finish. The runtime ends a lead's turn and wakes it on each completion only when the lead has a schedule of its own and nothing else in the turn waits on the results. Any other lead keeps a bounded wait. The bullet now states that rule and links to the where work runs section of docs/how-it-works.md, which holds the same correction. A change note records the fix.

docs/guide.md. It said child agents wake the lead when they finish, as though that held for every lead. The runtime says a lead with a schedule of its own ends its turn and each completion wakes it only when nothing else in the turn waits on the results. Any other lead keeps a bounded wait.What changed
