Description

Fixed a few minor typos in the README.md file (changed "forraw" to "for raw", "continuely" to "continually", and "successfull" to "successful").

I also deleted db_update/tempCodeRunnerFile.py, which looks like an accidentally committed temporary cache file from the VS Code CodeRunner extension.

Related Issue

N/A - This is just a quick documentation and repo cleanup as I familiarized myself with the codebase for my GSoC application! (Note: If a maintainer needs me to open a formal issue for this first, please let me know and I will do so immediately!)

Motivation and Context

Just cleaning up the documentation to make it easier to read and removing lingering local development files so they don't clutter the production repository.

How Has This Been Tested?

No code logic was changed. I just verified the markdown renders correctly.
