Overview
Adds the products.quantity_max_picklist string across storefront locale files, next to the existing quantity_min / quantity_max keys. The message names a picklist option ({name}) and its max purchasable quantity ({quantity}), for PDP errors when requested qty exceeds a selected picklist item’s stock (alongside broader picklist/available_to_sell work).

Most locales ship proper translations; pl.json, pt-BR.json, and pt.json still use the English source text in this diff—worth a quick pass before release.
