Overview
Adds Market manual documentation for Olares V1.12.6 LLM Base apps (llm-init): choosing Ollama, vLLM, llama.cpp, or SGLang bases, cloning instances, and configuring MODEL_SOURCE, MODEL_NAME, ENGINE_ARGS, and GPU requirements.

The new pages also cover the model console (Status / Config), API exposure (caller scope, format, Base URL), client wiring, and uninstalling instances. English and Chinese VitePress sidebars now link to llm-base-apps under Market.

The English guide’s vLLM, llama.cpp, and SGLang tuning sections still include explicit placeholder notes; the Chinese page documents MODEL_SUPPORTS flags in more detail than the English env-var table.
