Update the remaining dataset speeds for the FP16 kernels - #64
Conversation
The AMI, AISHELL-4, Earnings-21, ICSI and AVA-AVD rows still had the speeds of the release before the FP16 trunk work. Scale them by the VoxConverse speedup between that release and the current one, measured on the same kind of RTX 4090 container: 1.91x for cuda and 2.21x for cuda-fast (the geometric mean of the dev and test gains). DER is unchanged. The all-datasets total becomes about 229 hours in under 8 minutes with cuda and under 4 with cuda-fast.

Scale 914x like the other rows instead of the unrounded 914.3x, so AMI IHM cuda is 1745x.

Replace the scaled AMI, AISHELL-4, Earnings-21, ICSI and AVA-AVD speeds with single runs of the current kernels on RTX 4090 containers with 16 CPU cores. DER matches the earlier rows on every dataset.

Brings the remaining dataset rows up to date with the FP16 trunk kernels (#56 to #62). #63 updated only VoxConverse.
The AMI IHM, AMI SDM, AISHELL-4, Earnings-21, ICSI and AVA-AVD rows are now measured on the current kernels: one run each of
cudaandcuda-fast, on RTX 4090 containers with 16 CPU cores and 8 GiB of RAM, using the batch API like the VoxConverse rows. ICSI, AMI and Earnings-21 ran on driver 595.99.02, and AISHELL-4 and AVA-AVD on 580.126.18. File counts and minutes match each table header, and every DER is within 0.05 point of the earlier rows.cudaRTFxcuda-fastRTFxAcross all eight datasets, about 229 hours of audio take 7.4 minutes with
