A PR review brief is a versioned, in-tree document that gives reviewers a clear explanation of what a PR is doing, why it exists, what is in scope, and how it should be reviewed. Such a document is intended to aid self and peer review, agent-augmented or no. Think of it as an evolution of a PR description.
