Added entries for shell/ps live-size display, ps resize's before-first-deploy fix, the buildpack-only bash -l fix, selfupdate's oversized-binary error, and friendlier handling of incomplete local AWS credentials -- all merged since v4.7.0 but missing from Unreleased.
