This adds a Dockerfile that can be used to auto-package the contents of this repo plus its conda dependencies into a container that presents the dependencies in the PATH and PYTHON_PATH (via conda) and sets the initial working directory to the root of the directory containing the files in this github repo.
This Dockerfile auto-builds on quay.io if you set up the build triggers properly.
