Make the free laptop run the course's first training step - #157

The course still said there was no laptop training recipe, while the README led with the free -e tiny run. Class 2 now opens with it as Exercise 0, the overview and quick reference list it, and the README gains a what-runs-where table, the install prerequisites, and a Stuck? section, following nanochat's and nanoGPT's getting-started layout.
