Safe minor-version bump from aiohttp 3.13.5 to 3.14.0. The changelog contains no breaking changes — only new opt-in features, bug fixes, and deprecations that don't affect the codebase (BasicAuth is unused, on_cleanup signals remain supported, multipart fixes only apply to sending not receiving). The WebSocket heartbeat reset fix (false ping/pong timeouts on large frames) is a meaningful improvement for this project's WebSocket broadcasters. The single-line pyproject.toml change is correct and complete.
