Clean patch-level dependency bump from protobuf 7.34.1 to 7.35.0 with minimal diff. The codebase uses protobuf only through standard auto-generated protocol buffer stubs (crypto_pb2.py) with basic serialize/deserialize operations that are unaffected by changes in this patch version.
