[Problem] bug(packaging): missing runtime dependency @opencode-ai/plugin in dependencies causing plugin load failure #3745

What happened?
Problem Description
When installing ecc-universal@2.2.3 as an OpenCode plugin globally (via "plugin": ["ecc-universal"]), the plugin fails to load with module resolution errors.
Inspection reveals that dist/tools/changed-files.js executes a runtime import:
