What changed

Documented that leaving a task while subtask creation or completion awaits approval no longer loses the approval, and that queued feedback takes priority over automatic approval.

Why this change was made

The guidance now matches the corrected subtask lifecycle behavior delivered for Zoo-Code issue #1223.

Impact

Users have a clear expectation that pending approvals and queued feedback remain actionable when navigating between tasks.
