A front-desk program that sorts messages and requests into visual, searchable records. Each record is structured with a summary, request type, best-fit department, missing information, human-review status, and priority ranking.
This project is a workflow automation prototype. The current version uses sample data to model how patient, client, or caregiver messages can be organized, routed, filtered, and reviewed.
The goal of this project is to practice front-desk workflow and AI-agent concepts through a small dashboard system. It focuses on how unstructured messages can become clearer records that staff can search, review, prioritize, and route.
- Sample request records are stored in
data/sample-ticket-agent.json. src/app.jsloads the JSON data into the browser.- The records are displayed as dashboard cards.
- Each card shows the request summary, status, priority, request type, route, and missing information.
- Human-review records are visually flagged.
- Urgent records receive stronger visual priority styling.
- Buttons filter the dashboard by all records, urgent records, and human-review records.
- The search bar filters records based on matching text.

This project does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, financial advice, or insurance recommendations. It only organizes administrative information for human review.
The current version uses data from a JSON file and displays the records in a searchable dashboard.
This project demonstrates basic front-end development, data handling, and workflow design. It shows how request data can be loaded, displayed, filtered, searched, and visually prioritized in a dashboard.
