CVE-2026-35209 were recently reported on defu. This PR updates to the latest version.
I ran
npm audit fixto update vulnerable dependencies. All of these are limited to development and build tools.I have also confirmed that all tests completed successfully.

Note: Regarding
effect, Prisma must be version 6.19.3 or higher. Since there is a risk of breaking changes, I will verify compatibility and address this in a separate pull request.
