Biosensor Jupyter notebook is used for analysis of the data accquired by Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM) on colon and lung cancer cell lines. The main goal of these measurements was to investigate the role of chromosome instability with respect to the p53/p73 - p21CIP1 tumor suppressor axis.
