This section details on the original issue you should resolve

<issue_title>[M6 Tracker] Bug blockers must be resolved before new web CRUD endpoints land</issue_title>
<issue_description>## Problem or opportunity

The web server currently has no milestone assigned to the 3 confirmed bugs (duplicate serve() (issue #115), broken test_server.py import (#116), legacy dead modules (#117)). These must be fixed before the M6 milestone can close. Assigning them to M6 makes the dependency explicit.

This is a tracking note — no new implementation required. The 3 individual bug issues should be linked to M6 – Web CRUD & Terminal Launch.

Proposed solution

Assign issues #115, #116, #117 to the M6 milestone. They are blockers for a clean server codebase that the new web CRUD endpoints will build on.
