Adds NodeFlare to the third-party RPC endpoints table (alphabetical placement).
NodeFlare serves Arbitrum One (5 regions) and Arbitrum Nova from its own bare-metal nodes — free public endpoints (
https://rpc.nodeflare.app/arbitrum/public,…/nova/public, no API key) plus a free keyed tier witheth_getLogsand debug/trace. WebSocket is live for Arbitrum One.
