discovered when developing OPM/opm-simulators#7100 .
With this PR to reproduce the same bahavoir from the reference.
the case is opm-tests/geco/GECON-02.DATA, which is a predication case with only producers.
Somehow, the reference (black line) outputs zero values for all the -RH summary output and non-zero value -TH summary keywords.
not judging whether it is necessary, while the PR is trying to do the same.
