Fix rossystem model and fix yaml syntax - #12

• Fix yaml syntax

• Fix rossystem model
  • mainly because there was generated model code of rossystem. So I just remove it
• Fix cannot reference RosNode in Process
  • create a RosNodeRef
• Add pre-commit hook
• easier to track code change: you can run pre-commit run -a locally. And it also reformat code when you do git commit
