This PR adds the Settings page (4), which shows every app setting and runs the server actions that need no input.

The keys open the server config, app settings, model prices, update log, or server logs folder in $VISUAL or $EDITOR, check the server config, and check which server keys are saved. The app gives the terminal to the editor and takes it back afterward. draw_settings destructures AppSettings without .., so a new app setting breaks the build until this page shows it.
