Changes
Add optional desktop EXR cataloging, thumbnails and CPU previews with OpenColorIO. Users explicitly install the verified native component from Settings → General → Optional components → EXR / OpenColorIO. EXR has no dedicated Settings navigation tab; saved global/folder profiles are under expandable Color settings, and preview shortcuts focus the component directly.
The viewer supports parts, render passes, individual channels, input/display/view selection, non-destructive exposure and diagnostic depth/normal/ID views. Processing preserves originals and works offline after installation. Native helpers are distributed separately for Windows x64, Linux x64, macOS x64 and macOS arm64; the app pins package sizes and SHA-256 hashes for runtime 1.0.0. EXRs bypass generic source-byte decoding, editing/export and CLIP indexing.

Component release: https://github.com/LuqP2/Image-MetaHub/releases/tag/exr-runtime-v1.0.0 (not latest). No app release or version bump is included.
