- Add useContacts and useRecentRecipients hooks with localStorage persistence - Add RecipientInput component with accessible combobox autocomplete (ARIA) - Contacts show with star icon, recents with clock icon and use-count - Save-as-contact button appears on valid addresses not yet saved - SaveContactDialog for labelling a new contact - Record recipient on successful payment via recordRecipient() - Wire all into SendPage replacing the plain address input
