Wow, thanks - fun is an understatement :)

While I also had curl in mind, since it dropped support for libidn 1.x and switched to libidn2; here I was just aiming to get libidn2 ready as a formula on its own.

First build went green. I applied some minor updates from the previous attempts in a 2nd commit.

- openssl is already installed and causes warnings when trying to
  install again

- libidn isn't used these days, and homebrew doesn't seem to have a
  libidn2 package to replace with easily
