With Xcode 11 the `altool` command has been replace with `xcrun altool`.

Ah, never mind. I went to pull down this to use, and discovered I had it already with about 3 more changes to fix more problems. Like --type. I'm happy to do a new PR, but if you aren't supporting this, please transfer to RubyMotion Community, so we can. |
