For testing, in can be useful to start from a non-uniform transverse temperature profile, but HiPACE++ currently only supports a scalar temperature. This PR allows, in a simple (but slightly hacky) way, to specify a finite-radius temperature blob, with a Gaussian profile centered around 0.
