This PR adds a CITATION.cff file to support proper software citation via GitHub and Zenodo.
The file follows the Citation File Format (CFF) standard, uses HeiGIT as the primary author to reflect the institutional ownership of the project, and includes keywords relevant to participatory mapping and GeoAI.
This improves reproducibility and makes it easier to cite the Sketch Map Tool in academic and applied work.
