Addresses part of #42 by moving
transfer_fnandnonlinear_fnto theCosmologyclass. Functions that take either of these as arguments default to the values in thecosmoargument but still allow override.Also adds shortcuts for the halofit implementations, e.g.,
halofit_smith2003.
