perf(mcp): filter suffix globs while building search scope

Summary

• Filter safe simple suffix globs while the indexed Windows file list is built, before PowerShell starts.
• Keep complex patterns on the existing path and preserve the final post-filter.
• Preserve case-insensitive Windows suffix matching.

Performance

On a large Windows index, median elapsed time across three runs improved from 2.10s to 0.63s (about 70%).

Tests

• make -f Makefile.cbm test-focused TEST_SUITES=mcp CC=clang CXX=clang++
• 202 passed, 7 skipped
