assets: add AScoin provider image

Summary

• Add the missing AScoin provider image referenced by references/providers/providers.csv as ascoin.png.
• Use AScoin's official site favicon as the source asset and normalize it to a square transparent PNG.
• Leave all CSV data unchanged; this only completes the existing provider asset reference.
