• Add Filecoin platform listings for thirdweb Growth, Scale, and Pro using the existing canonical offers.
• Link each listing to thirdweb's official Filecoin page, which identifies Filecoin mainnet as Chain ID 314 and explains that thirdweb can be used to build on the network.
• Replace the touched tiers' internal TBD tool type with the documented All in one category and update Pro to the current first-party from $1,499/mo price.

Only the three tiers shown on thirdweb's current pricing page are added; the stale Starter and legacy Enterprise records are intentionally not propagated to Filecoin.
