Purpose
Cedar metadata templates for collections shouldn't appear for projects

is_for_collectionsfield, added filtering by this field on/_/cedar_metadata_templates/?filter[is_for_collections]=trueWithout this filter, all templates are returned

falsevalue, templates for projects only are returned
