Adds the solve-rate number: 38.9% without stall escalation vs 52.8% with it, on a 24-task test set escalating gpt-4.1-nano to gpt-5.4-mini. Small models and a small test set, called out as such, but a real before/after number instead of just the mechanism.
No code changes.
