Adds the new stall-escalation feature to the Auto Router overview page and Feature History, per Krrish's ask in Slack: a feature list entry so it's discoverable months from now, not just in the blog post. Also adds a one-click setup bullet to the overview's top feature list, which existed already (Quick start section) but wasn't called out there.
No code changes.
