Documents the 'ternary' FOCUS export destination (LiteLLM -> Ternary AI Gateway cost connection): callbacks: ["ternary"] config, TERNARY_* env vars, how to obtain the connection id + api key, the metadata-only guarantee, estimate-vs-billed provenance, the token-breakdown-in-Tags mapping, and the chunked upload-id protocol.
