This adds a Tigris example to the s3 bucket logging section, next to the existing config.
Tigris is S3 compatible, so it only needs the endpoint URL and region auto. Also added it to the two endpoint comments that mention Backblaze and Cloudflare. Happy to revise. Disclosure: I work at Tigris Data.
