변경 의도
awspring/spring-cloud-aws#1640 (GH-1143 — IGNORE QueueNotFoundStrategy 소스 코드 패치)을 사이트에 추가. Spring Cloud AWS는 새 프로젝트 카테고리이므로 nav 섹션과 overview 페이지를 신설하고, 기존 17개 contribution 페이지의 nav dropdown에 새 섹션을 일괄 propagate.
