Add live IMDS coverage for system-assigned identity and user-assigned selectors, plus Azure Arc cache and fail-closed validation. Stage checksum-verified JDK, Maven, and the complete Maven runtime graph through pipeline artifacts so isolated self-hosted agents run offline.
