Surgically re-applies the renameTo feature from users/ianna/blobrestorerename2 on top of current main (Api20260301). Includes: - RenameTo parameter for Initialize-AzDataProtectionRestoreRequest (AlternateLocationILR) - Container rename logic with manifest-based validation - Updated test files with rename scenarios for Blob and ADLS - Updated help/docs with parameter description and example Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
