My question: how exactly does this command get installed?
Can I simply download the Stack HCI module and start using it immediately?

Since I checked yesterday, this does not exist in the Azure PowerShell command line.

This PR targets docs only for commands included in Az PowerShell modules. The Invoke-AzStackHciArcInitialization cmdlet must be published in an Az PowerShell module before we can approve adding its reference doc to the Azure PowerShell doc set.
