The parse-regression guard now parses the proposed source first. When it has no syntax errors, parsing the original source cannot change the guard decision and is skipped. Syntax-error results retain the existing before/after comparison. Includes regression coverage for clean edits, repairs, introduced errors, and unchanged broken input. Formatting and diff checks pass; workspace tests run in CI. No end-to-end session speedup claim.
