feat(mail): receipt card redesign with on-device review

Summary

• Restyle the purchase card in the message view to match the message islands: flat icons, island dividers, icon-only thumbs, info icon with the shared tooltip.
• Move receipt review fully on device. Corrections are stored locally and never sent anywhere.
• Add a strict receipt link check so View receipt opens only a verified link from a known receipt host or the sender's own domain.
• Human toast copy after feedback and after saving a correction, localized in every locale.

Verification

• compileFullDebugKotlin green, 78 extraction, order link and review unit tests green.
• lintFullDebug crashes in InferredThreadDetector, a toolchain issue unrelated to this change.
