Add custom About KITT page

Hi @adidahl,

I have created a page for KITT (About KITT).

Here is a summary of what I changed/added:

1. Custom Page Layout: Fully customized the placeholder om-kitt.astro page with sections, styles, and layout.
2. Hero Illustration: Included a new hero illustration image kitt-hero-illustration.png.
3. Team Sections: Added sections for core and virtual team members with profiles.
4. Project Timeline: Implemented a visual step-by-step development timeline.
5. CTA Banner: Added a bottom contact banner for Slack and support.
